You need to hold just one share to become a Rubis shareholder and enjoy all the rights that the law and the by-laws offer to shareholders.
FEATURES OF THE DIFFERENT FORMS OF OWNERSHIP
Shareholders have the choice between several methods of owning Rubis shares.
Your shares are registered with CACEIS Corporate Trust. You are known “by name,” and registered with the Company. This ensures you a more personalized service.
There are 2 ways to register shares :
- Direct registration: your shares are registered and held in your name in Rubis’ books, which are managed by the securities department of CACEIS Corporate Trust, which is your sole contact;
- Administered registration: your shares are registered in Rubis’ books but kept with your financial intermediary, who manages your account (securities or PEA, the French equity savings plan) and remains your contact.
