We expect our employees and managers to comply with these principles and regulations at all times, and we require our service providers to meet equivalent standards in terms of safety, environmental protection and respect for people. We deploy tools to develop high-quality, trust-based relationships with all our stakeholders.
Our Code of Ethics
In 2022, to reflect the evolution of our CSR approach and the new challenges facing society, we have strengthened the content of our Code of Ethics by involving employees and managers of subsidiaries, representing all our areas of operation and all our business lines, in our discussions. Published in 2023 and available in 5 languages (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German) it sets out the principles to follow to put our values into practice on a daily basis. It sets out our ethical commitments, expectations and standards.
Our Anti-corruption Guide
Our Code of Ethics is supplemented by our Anti-corruption Guide, which was also expanded in 2021 following a detailed mapping of the Group’s corruption risks. The foundation of our internal rules and procedures for preventing corruption, it makes it easier to understand sensitive or abnormal situations and provides advice on how to identify and reject unacceptable practices.
Our whistleblowing system
Our employees, our business partners and their employees, can report, without risk of retaliation, any breach, abnormal situation or infringement of our Code of Ethics or Anti-corruption Guide. To this end, we have set up a number of simple and confidential alert systems:

Structuring a Responsible Purchasing approach
Since 2023, we have been working to identify the adverse impacts of our purchasing on people and the environment. A Responsible Purchasing Charter and action plans for priority purchasing categories will enable us to integrate the management of these impacts into our supplier relationships.
