Rubis is committed to supplying energy in complete safety and in the best possible economic conditions, through its various business lines: distributing and producing energy that is essential to people and countries.<\/strong><\/p>

We meet the essential mobility, cooking and heating needs of private individuals, and supply the energy needed to run schools, industries and professionals.<\/p>

Neither the objectives nor the resources deployed can be the same in regions where access to energy is not guaranteed on a continuous basis. The energy transition involves the intermediate use of less carbon-intensive energies such as liquefied gas, replacing charcoal, or biofuels derived from plant waste, which are more useful in regions where electrification is not yet in place.<\/p>

Our local teams’ supply chain expertise, their autonomy and their ability to innovate ensure that we are agile and flexible enough to respond to changing demand. Around a third of the world’s population still cooks over a simple fire made from wood, coal or agricultural residues. In many countries, this practice leads to significant deforestation and threatens biodiversity. Women and children bear the brunt of the health risks associated with the smoke emissions.<\/p>

The WHO has defined liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as one of the clean fuels and technologies for health at the point of use, just like electricity and solar energy. Yet 750 million people live without access to electricity, which affects their quality of life, as well as their education and employment prospects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
